Privacy policy

This is the website of Nellymar Albelo and Luana Oliveira, real estate agents with Orange Slice Properties. When this page says "we" or "us," it means the two of us.

Every form asks for your first name, last name, and email. A phone number is optional. Some forms also have an optional message box.

A few forms ask for more. A showing request tells us which listing you asked about. The contact form asks if you're buying, selling, or have a Providence question.

Each form also sends the page you were on, which form you used, and the language you were reading the site in, English or Spanish.

Your request goes to Follow Up Boss, the contact system (CRM) we use to keep track of requests and follow up with you.

A copy goes to both of us by email. Resend, an email delivery service, sends those emails.

If one of those steps fails, the developer who looks after this site gets an alert email with your request, so it still reaches us. If both fail, your request is written to the site's server log so we can enter it by hand.

We use what you send to answer you and to help with what you asked about.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that a person, not a bot, is sending them. To do that, Cloudflare may process signals from your device and browser, and our server shares your internet (IP) address with Cloudflare when it checks the result. Turnstile loads only once you start filling in a form.

Each form also has a hidden field that people never see. Bots tend to fill it in, and anything sent with it filled in is dropped.

To slow down repeated tries, the site keeps the IP address that sent a form in its memory. It isn't added to your request or used for anything else.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies.

The pop-up contact form uses your browser's session storage to remember that it already appeared and whether you already sent a form, so it doesn't ask again. That note stays in your browser, is never sent to us, and is cleared when you close the tab.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics or Plausible to count visits and see which pages people read. It works without cookies and doesn't build a profile of you.

The Instagram posts you see here are a copy saved on this site's own server and refreshed every few hours. Viewing them doesn't load anything from Instagram. If you open a post, you go to Instagram, and Instagram's own privacy policy applies there.

Listing videos play through an outside video service YouTube, Vimeo, or Cloudflare Stream. The player loads only after you press play, and from then on that service may set its own cookies.

When you ask for the Davenport Guide, your details are handled like any other form. You get a download link on the page and by email. The link works for 7 days and doesn't contain any of your personal details.

The links to the Orange Slice Properties app on HomeStack, the home value report on RealScout, Instagram, and Google reviews take you off this site. Once you're on another site, that site's own privacy policy applies.

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email either of us and tell us what you'd like.

How long we keep requests: retention period, per the broker

This site is for adults buying or selling a home. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you think a child sent us something, email us and we'll delete it.

If we change how the site handles information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
