  1. Professional photos and video

    A pro photographer shoots your home, including drone shots of the lot and the view. Then a video tour lets buyers walk through before they ever book a showing.

  2. Social media that reaches buyers

    Together, our two pages get over 100,000 views a month. Your photos, video tour, and open house go out on every platform we use, so buyers find your home in their feeds as well as on listing sites.

  3. Open houses

    We walk the neighborhood beforehand to invite your neighbors, and we post the open house on all our social media. On the day, we set up outside, with signs from the entrance to your door and a welcome table out front, so people driving by stop in. Inside, there are snacks and real answers about the gate, the clubhouse, and the course.
